Collection: Double Sided, Dual Circuit

Our Double Sided, Dual Circuit vacuum pods sit directly on top of your existing MDF spoil board, sealing from both sides to raise the material off the table so your flat table CNC router can perform side machining, profiling, and edge detail work the way a pod and rail machine would.

Each pod runs four ports — two on each side — so pods can be daisy-chained together just like a single circuit setup, while still giving you the added benefit of a reversible circuit: switch to low-pressure air to float the workpiece into position for scratch-free placement, then switch back to vacuum to clamp it down, the same technique used to set heavy slabs in stone and glass work.

Unlike our standard spoil board pods, these connect to auxiliary vacuum hoses for extra holding strength on demanding cuts. Built for industrial use, they can be sectioned off with a gasket to secure smaller or narrower pieces, and each pod is precision machined to a Z-height tolerance of ±0.05mm with a reversible rubber gasket that swaps in under 10 seconds.
