Returns & Refund

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In their original packaging

  • In resellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order parts

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Photos of the issue may be requested to assist with the claim.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Compatibility Notice

USA Vacuum Pods products are designed for use with compatible CNC machinery. Customers are responsible for verifying machine compatibility and installation requirements prior to purchase.

USA Vacuum Pods is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or incorrect machine compatibility.
