Our K2 Dual Circuit vacuum pods are engineered for pod and rail CNC machines using a 115mm rail with a two-circuit vacuum system. Instead of mechanical levers, K2 pods use one vacuum circuit to pre-fix the pod to the console, then a second circuit clamps the workpiece securely in place during drilling, routing, and side machining.

Built for industrial use, these vacuum pods deliver strong holding force and added flexibility for high precision parts. You can identify a K2 rail by checking for two rows of vacuum outlets, compared to the single row found on K1 systems.

Compatible with Biesse, Busellato, Holz-Her, Masterwood, Morbidelli, SCM, and Weeke machines using a 115mm dual-circuit rail. These vacuum pods offer a dependable solution for replacing worn components or upgrading your current setup for improved performance.
