Our pod and rail vacuum pods and vacuum cups are engineered for point to point CNC machining centers where individual workpieces need precise, adjustable clamping. Mounted on the machine's rail system, these vacuum pods hold parts securely in place during drilling, routing, and side machining, with positions that adjust to fit your specific project.

We offer both K1 single circuit and K2 dual circuit configurations. K1 pods use one vacuum circuit and are mechanically pre-fixed to the rail, while K2 pods use a second vacuum circuit to pre-fix the pod in place before clamping the workpiece, giving you added flexibility for high precision parts.

Compatible with Biesse, Busellato, Holz-Her, Masterwood, Morbidelli, SCM, and Weeke point to point machines using a 115mm rail. These vacuum pods offer a dependable solution for replacing worn components or upgrading your current setup for improved performance.
