Our vacuum pods for SCM Matic systems are engineered for Morbidelli and SCM pod and rail machining centers where precise, repeatable clamping is essential. Each vacuum pod mounts directly to your existing round aluminum base plate at 1:1 scale of the OEM cup, so there's no need to rebuild your CAM or CAD files.

Every pod is precision machined to a Z-height tolerance of ±0.02mm for accurate, consistent hold-down performance. The rubber gasket can be flipped and reused if damaged, or swapped in under 10 seconds, and the non-leak valve helps maintain strong suction throughout production.

Compatible with all OEM SCM and Morbidelli baseplates, including TVS and TVN table systems. These vacuum pods offer a dependable, drop-in replacement for worn components or an upgrade for your current pod and rail setup.
