Vacuum cup designed for Double Sided Work, Dual Circuit/Port.
Dual circuit with four ports, two on each side, allowing pods to be daisy chained together while connecting to auxiliary vacuum hoses for added holding strength. The circuit can be reversed with low-pressure compressed air to float the workpiece on a cushion of air for scratch-free positioning, then switched back to vacuum to clamp — the same technique used to place heavy slabs in the stone and glass trades.
Each pod is precision machined to a Z-height tolerance of +/-0.05 mm.
Rubber gasket can be flipped over and reused if damaged. Change the gasket in less than 10-seconds! Will not oxidize or deteriorate over time.
Manufactured from high-strength engineering nylon using additive manufacturing and precision machining, these pods provide excellent dimensional stability, rigidity, and reliable vacuum sealing in demanding CNC production environments. Each pod is machined to precise tolerances for proper engagement with the existing system, ensuring accurate positioning and consistent hold-down performance.
